It would be great to be able to report on assistants who are actually making edits to transactions that need editing. We are setup so that the assistants can go into a transaction and upload receipts and add narratives in behalf of the card user. However, this doesn’t seem to be happening. So I wanted to print a report to show how often an assistant is doing what they’re supposed to do. I know I can look at each transaction separately, but it would be great to get ONE report showing all Assistant activity for the month.

Hey Myra! Currently, Ramp keeps an audit trail of all Assistant edits to transactions, which you can view in the History tab of each transaction. This allows you to see the actions performed by Assistants, such as uploading receipts and adding narratives on behalf of card users.
That being said, there isn’t a built-in feature to generate a consolidated report of all Assistant actions across your account for a given period. I can see how it would be helpful! I just submitted your suggestion to our Product team

I agree, a report showing last Ramp access date would be ideal. As a Ramp Plus customer, we pay for each Ramp user. If we have assistants not accessing the system, we should remove them.
