Add multiple roles to a single user

It would be nice to have the option add an additional role to a current user, for view-only access of bill pay. For example, a Manager that approves certain employee credit card expenses, would also have access to view certain bills, within the bill pay module, that are paid on behalf of certain entities/clients, depending on the rules setup, and given view-only access.

Hey Tami! You might consider using the “View-Only Admin” role. This role allows users to view all data within the platform without the ability to edit it. This role is particularly useful for auditors or employees who need oversight without the ability to make changes [read more here]. Please note that this role is limited to businesses enrolled in Ramp Plus.

Hey Tami, thanks for the follow-up! No, that role is strictly for viewing purposes and does not allow for any modifications or approvals, including credit card expense approvals.

I do want to share that custom + stackable roles (which could allow a user to have both the View-Only Admin and Manager permissions at the same time) are expected to be released this summer for Ramp Plus users! :eyes:
