The audit log is a great feature to assist with user management of inactive users. It does not appear the audit log takes into account the activity happening on the App. We have users that logged in on the app, but it does not appear as an Event in the log.
We are also struggling to be able to remove inactive users. We can only get the Insite and employees to pull list on active users but having to manually compair who is inactive is very time consuming. There should be a filter on last login or charge that cross references the app. Nexonia even had that feature and it was ancient.
