Enable customers to use their own custom email domains and addresses for AP, receipts and out-of-pocket reimbursements.

at least for AP inbox, you can probably set up a group/alias email for this. in my company using gsuite, we have a group email that’s invoices@ that goes to myself and the ramp inbox automatically. rules/filters for your inbox could also help with forwarding these. I’m not sure if that’s an option for your org though.
I agree receipts could be helpful though.
