I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this - I’ve had a few users reach out saying that they didn’t have certain project options in the drop down menu (one of our custom NS fields that is synced to Ramp). However, when you search in the bar for that particular project, it will pop up.
Perhaps there’s a maximum number of options that shows up in the list when you scroll through it?
Our organization has the same issue. I have reached out to Ramp support and have not received a sufficient answer other than to start typing the desired selection. The problem is, we have HUNDREDS to choose from depending on the department. Hoping your inquiry and my response raises the flag to get this fixed!
I agree, I asked our representative and the best that was mentioned was to put a request in here, so this is me tagging on that I would like the drop down to either show ALL of the options or none with a search bar for the dimensions
We also have this same issue - hundreds of options and you can’t scroll to find them. For users, we have extensive coding rules that will only show the options for that specific coding combination to help reduce errors, but on the admin side on the backend, not being able to scroll through all accounting field options is a pain.

We also experienced this, and the resolution was to search again rather than relying on previously searched suggestions to clear cached items. Not ideal, hopefully it can be improved.
