We are just starting to build out procurement. Would be nice if we could default an item on a PO based on the answer to a question. For example, if we have a question on the intake form that says where is this product being shipped to? Multiple different locations are listed where they pick one, and then based on the answer chosen we could automatically default the ship to address on the PO.

Hi Jessica! This is actually possible today. You can map responses to questions on the intake form to fields on the PO. You’ll find a section explaining this in this help article.

Yes, I know you can map responses to a field on the PO. To clarify, I wanted a question to be “single select” and map to the ship to address. However, when slide the bar to map to the ship to address, it changes it for the requester to fill in the information. I am not able to have them select addresses from multiple that maps to the PO field. They are having to type something in every single time, and would be much faster to just select from a list. I hope this makes more sense. Apologies for the confusion!
