As you continue to build out Ramp Procurement, could you add the following to the roadmap?
- A catalog function - for instance, having the ability to have users purchase only approved items from an Amazon style shopping list would be helpful. This would also help us with tracking spending and determining areas where we may need to source/bid for better pricing by categories.
- POs not auto-generated once the requestion is approved - for instance, we have “buyers” who are responsible for sending the PO to the vendor. The current system makes it hard for the buyers to know when the request is approved, and which PO needs to be sent to the vendor.
- Additional PO statuses - can we have additional PO states, for instance…pending (not yet sent to vendor); sent to vendor (sent to vendor); order confirmed by vendor (the order is confirmed and a place to put tracking information).
- Submission of request for multiple vendors (nice to have) - instead of having 1 request to one PO, it would be nice if users could enter in 1 request for items that may be from 2 or more vendors and the back end would split the request into multiple POs. This would make it easier for our users to enter in 1 requestion 1-2 times a week and the “buyers” to issue POs as needed.
- Vendor confirmations - having the ability to sync vendor order confirmations into the system. For instance, having a dedicated email box for vendors where them can confirm receipt of the order and/or when it has shipped would eliminate the need for users to reach out for status updates.
