Please add functionality to sync ALL changes vendors make to their vendor profiles. Updated contact details don’t sync over the vendor network, so in order to correct a vendor’s profile we had to disable vendor network updates, manually update the contact details, request that the vendor make themselves discoverable, and then reconnect. Seems silly to have to go through that many steps for an email address/phone number. Thanks!

Hi Anne Marie! I’m Nidhi from the Ramp team. You’re right that the Vendor Network syncs payment and tax info today but doesn’t carry over contact detail updates like email or phone — so that disconnect-and-reconnect workaround is the only path right now.
I’ve passed this along internally. If anything changes here, I’ll update this thread!
