I was going to upload an exported reimbursement CSV into my accounting software and noticed several columns have been added to the CSV and there is no way to modify it. This causes my DEF file to not work correctly. If Ramp is making changes to the CSV and we have no way to modify it, we end up having to make changes to the DEF file which is frustrating. We need the Reimbursement CSV to be editable just like the bills and card transactions. Or if changes are being made to the CSV, we at least need to be notified so we can update the DEF file as needed.
Hey @Elizabeth_Livesay, this is Bilal from the software team at Ramp. The reimbursement CSV is actually customizable now — just click “Export settings” in the Export CSV button, and you can adjust the CSV to fit your workflow.
