Remove Employee Bank Account

Would it be possible to allow admins to remove employee bank accounts?

We frequently reuse employee profiles when there’s a personnel change to keep using the same physical Ramp card. To prevent accidental reimbursement requests to a former employee’s bank account, it would be very helpful if admins had the ability to remove linked bank accounts directly.

Has anyone else encountered this scenario? Would love to hear if there are workarounds or if this feature could be considered.

Hi Ben! At the moment, admins can’t directly remove employee bank accounts from Ramp. My recommendation is to delete the user instead—this will terminate their fund and allow you to reissue it to another user.

Deleting the user and reissuing the fund does make sense for clean reporting. However, our primary reason for reusing employee profiles is to avoid delays, as new physical cards can sometimes take a long time to arrive. Being able to directly remove bank accounts would help us streamline employee turnover without interrupting card usage.

Would it be possible to consider this functionality in a future update?
