Rename "Reject" button

When our staff gets an email that reads “your transaction was REJECTED” they take offense or get defensive. What we are really doing is requesting changes or more information. I would be less aggressive if it were called almost anything else. Or if REJECT is needed because some charges are not covered, just add another button that is “change request” or something.
