Syncing invoice attachments

While we can upload multiple documents to support an invoice, only the first one syncs to QuickBooks. Many times we have supporting documentation which supports the invoice or the allocation of invoice across programs. Multiple files can sync for a credit card transaction. Why not the same for an invoice?

Because of how the QBO bill sync works, Ramp sends a single “invoice PDF” with each bill, and supporting files aren’t included in that payload. For now, you’ll need to keep combining files into one PDF before syncing, or add extra files directly in QBO after the bill is created.

I’ve formally submitted your feedback to our Bill Pay team. Is this something that would be helpful for other users?
