We frequently have a one-time fee on a contract as well as a monthly recurring amount. Currently, when we request PO’s, we are only able to select one frequency - monthly or does not repeat. We are having to do multiple PO requests - one for the one-time amount and one for the monthly amount. This is causing managers to approve 2 PO’s instead of 1. We would love the ability to select a frequency per line item on PO requests.
