We have a policy in place for our approvers who are executives that allows a delegate approver to approve card transactions up to $500. The Ramp delegate function does not allow us to automate this limit…so we have to manually remind the executives to go into Ramp to approve the charges over $500. It would be great for Ramp to add the ability to set a limit on what the delegate may approve.
We are also working on moving more of our vendor payment process into Ramp Bill Pay, and do not want the card delegates to approve vendor bills. It appears that currently, any named delegate will receive the notification to approve both card and bills. It would be great if we had the ability to limit the delegate authority to only cards, and only up to a specified dollar limit.
