Right now, all cards default to the company’s main billing address, which often doesn’t match the location where the purchase is being made. For our business, we have multiple locations, and most employees aren’t familiar with our headquarters address. This creates confusion when they’re asked to enter billing information during checkout or for recurring vendor setups.
It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to set a billing address per card or at least assign default billing addresses by location. That way, employees can use an address they actually recognize and that matches the location tied to their purchases.
Would love to see this as a configurable option!
