We are planning to offer our team members a number of perks, via spend programs, that renew every calendar year. For new hires, we will need to prorate these budgets based on their start date (or month) to align them to the same renewal cycle.
Currently, it seems that this can only be done by manually adjusting the spend program for each new hire, but having the option to set proration rules in Ramp would be a powerful way to simplify the process.

Very much needed. I use spend programs as small budgets, and this is really important. If we choose the employee to request the amount, the option to limit the total spend program amount is not available. The system should allow an admin to set the entire budget for the spend program so that there is no overun, with the ability to set a max amount for each member or prorate the amount accordingly.
