I’m noticing a possible UI issue when there are greater than 50 transactions to be reviewed, and the view settings are set to show 50 transactions per page. When reviewing and saving the classification for 1 page of 50 items and then moving to the next page, the items indicated in a gray circle next to the “Ready to sync” label successfully increases by the number of items updated. However at this point, the page should refresh and show me the next set of 50, however I see the same transactions listed again. I then close my browser window and load Ramp again, at which point those transactions do successfully move into the “Ready to sync” section and the next set of items to review appear.
Morning, Parthey! Sorry, this is happening. It definitely sounds like unexpected behavior because if you mark them as ready, the next 50 should appear. Thinking it could be a bug - I recommend filing a support ticket so our team can look into the specifics of the issue.
