It would be ideal to introduce a user facing ribbon or alert banner that appears whenever there is an Activity message requiring attention. This ribbon should be visible on both the Bill Pay and Accounting screens.
Our team frequently works within these two areas, and currently, Activity messages can be easily missed without navigating to additional screens. A persistent ribbon or notification indicator would improve visibility, streamline workflow, and ensure timely follow-up on important Activity items. Please add a product feature that surfaces Activity messages via a ribbon/alert on the Bill Pay and Accounting pages so users are immediately aware of new actions or messages awaiting them. Thanks!
