I just connected Acumatica with Ramp - VERY easy with the instructions, thank you!
I’m trying to set up the sync but I can’t choose the “Acumatica credit card liability” - there are no accounts to choose from. Do you know what I’m doing wrong?

Another Acumatica question…
Right now when we pay via ACH through Bill Pay, the payment created in Acumatica has the invoice attached. The invoice is already attached to the original transaction, it would be nice if the payment created by Ramp (and synched to Acumatica) had a copy of the payment remittance instead of the invoice again. Is this possible?
Hey Andrew! I’ve asked the team and will report back if I get an answer. Based on my knowledge though, I’m not sure we do that with any of our integrations.

Integrated Acumatica last week and it’s going good.
Currently, if a vendor from a Ramp card transaction (e.g., BestBuy) doesn’t exist in Acumatica, the sync is created with Default RAMP acct.
While the manual vendor creation works, I need to create vendor profiles for each vendor, which is time-consuming. It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows:
- Automatic vendor creation during sync, or
- Bulk vendor import from Ramp into Acumatica
This would streamline the process and reduce manual effort significantly.
Please let me know if this is something that can be considered or if there’s an existing solution I might have missed.
