When archiving a bill, there is no option to add a note there on the UI. Usually we archive for a reason, such as a doubled invoice entry, or paid with a different method, so it’s nice to add a note for posterity. I normally go back into the archived invoice and add a note, but it would be convenient if the ‘Archive Invoice’ UI had a section to add a note.
