Summary
Add the ability to store and automatically apply airline corporate discount program codes (e.g., Delta Skymiles for Business, United PerksPlus, American Airlines Advantage Business, Southwest SWABIZ) when booking flights through Ramp Travel.
Problem
Our company has negotiated corporate discount agreements with several airlines, but there’s currently no way to associate these program codes with our Ramp Travel bookings. As a result, we’re either:
- Missing out on negotiated discounts and rewards when booking through Ramp
- Forced to book outside of Ramp to capture corporate program benefits, which defeats the purpose of consolidated travel management
Proposed Solution
- Allow admins to add corporate discount program numbers/codes per airline at the organization level
- Automatically apply the appropriate code at checkout when a traveler books a qualifying flight
- Optionally, allow individual travelers to add their own loyalty numbers alongside the corporate codes
