Most software services with subscriptions will start notifying you a month or more before your card expires that you need to update your credit card info with them. When I go to Ramp, however, I can’t renew the cards yet, and a lot of the time they’re not even listed in the cards upcoming for renewal. Not a critical issue, but it’s frustrating that I can’t take care of the expiration when the service provider notifies me and instead have to keep getting spammed by them until Ramp allows me to renew. We’ve been using Ramp happily for a few years now, it seems like with a 4 year card lifetime you could give more than 15 days for renewal.

Hey Luke! Great callout — thank you!
Ramp already notifies customers about expiring cards over a month in advance, but we know the expiration date format can sometimes be confusing – for example, when a card shows “Exp: 04/25,” it’s actually valid through the end of April.
We appreciate this feedback and the team is making improvements! Moving forward, we’ll send notifications even earlier – so in this example, instead of notifying at the beginning of April, we’ll start sending alerts at the beginning of March. Thanks for helping us enhance the experience!
