Over the weekend and into this week, I’ve run into a strange issue: a few users who should be able to change locations or select certain accounts suddenly can’t.
There haven’t been any rule changes since July, and the behavior is inconsistent. It might work fine for a while, but then stop without warning.
I noticed just today that certain fields like department and GL account are suddenly no longer visible or editable and I’m unable to find them in the policy submission screens. I was just there yesterday and even earlier today all were visible/editable. Maybe someone at Ramp is making changes affecting end users?
We had an issue where some of our staff couldn’t submit an AP bill due to an object code issue. That has been fixed but now our staff is unable to collapse line items on a bill. I am able to as Admin but non admin aren’t able to as they could before.
