Hi - In an effort to ensure compliance with the SLA we’ve set with our bill and PO approvers, I’m wondering if there’s any way we can have a data readout/list/dashboard with how long items have been sitting with particular approvers?
For example, our approvers have 1 business day to approve bills according to our SLA, but I can’t find any sort of view in Ramp that shows me what approvers have had bills/PO’s sitting with them for more than that. Am I missing something?
