We created workflows for each department codes so that most of the cells are already filled in for the employee. They only need to add the memo and c/m.

Working: spend alerts help me stay in touch with the larger expenditures that are happening in the company, so I can follow up and learn more.

Take a photo of the receipt right at the cash register either via text or the Ramp app.

All expenses must go via Ramp or its not being paid.

We created unique workflows within Accounting-Accounting Settings-Coding Rules-Ramp department.

We then set department rules so that most of cells are already filled in for the individual within that department
