When our team is traveling for a specific reason, we require it to be in the memo line. SO instead of memo lines that are autogenerated like “Lunch for Andrea’s July 2025 Nashville trip” it should read “Lunch for Andrea’s Nashville trip for XYZ Conference” so that we know the business reason, not just the city/location.
Currently, our team is using the autogenerate memo feature and having to re-do many of their memos as the auto-generated memos doesn’t include the business reason.
Quesion/request: if team members update their trip titles to include the conference name, so “July 2025 Trip to Nashville for XYZ Conference” can that be included in the suggested memo lines?
