Bill Pay has an invoice date but no GL Date. Sage Intacct has two fields “Date” and “GL Posting Date.” These can differ when a bill comes in late. We have to manually update Intacct after a bill syncs when we have late bills. We track both the “Invoice Date,” which maps to “Date,” and also the “GL Posting Date,” which is not available in Ramp.

This is listed as Accounting Date, but its very small under the invoice date, you can change it from there but its not user friendly and we have asked for them to make it bigger and linked to date of entry not invoice date which it is currently linked to.
