How do I void or delete an unpaid bill? It’s dated in the current month, so voiding it won’t cause any problems with a prior period. Thank you!
Hi Lori! Thanks for the question. To delete an unpaid bill, follow these steps:
→ locate the bill in Ramp (you can do this by navigating to the approvals and/or payments tab)
→ click the 3 dots menu in the bottom right corner and select ‘Archive bill’
This will archive the specific bill without affecting any other transactions (read more about it here).

What impact does Archiving the bill have in Xero?
Does is cause the bill in Xero to be voided or deleted?
Actually – that article you linked to doesn’t cover what I’m asking.
That talks about archiving a RECURRING BILL.
I need to delete/archive a one-time Bill that was entered into Ramp, has synced to Xero, but won’t be paid. Needs to be voided/deleted in both Ramp and Xero.
Please advise.

Hi Lori! The archival process I described can be used for both singular and recurring bills. 
When you archive a bill in Ramp, it removes it from Xero but doesn’t delete it entirely from Ramp. It will remain in the ‘History’ tab. If you want to completely remove the bill from your records in Xero, you would also need to manually delete it within Xero.
