We have assigned the role of bookkeeper to our CEO’s admin so that she can submit receipts and reimbursements on behalf of the CEO. That part is working fine, but she cannot go back and see the reimbursements once submitted. Is there a better role to use for this purpose. We do not want her to see transactions outside of the Executive department, but it would be helpful if she could see the transactions she submitted.
Hi Lucie! The role you’re looking for is the “Assistant”.
An Assistant can view transactions, submit receipts, and update transaction details for the user who assigned them. They only have access to that user’s transactions and related information, without seeing card numbers or other users’ activity. More info about the Assistant role here
To assign an Assistant:
go to Settings → Personal Settings → Delegation → Assistant Role → Click on the user you want to assign, and you’re done!
