Occasionally, we see an issue where there appear to be additional transactions within the Expenses tab, but the arrow to go to the Next page is not clickable
As best we can tell, it doesn’t seem like there are additional transactions, so maybe its an issue with the transaction calculation? Has anyone else experienced this issue? It doesn’t happen every time, but has happened several times. We just want to make sure we aren’t missing any expenses, particularly when calculated billable costs for a client.
Hi Amanda! I’m not totally sure this is it, but one possibility is that it’s related to how transactions are displayed and filtered. Sometimes transactions that are flagged or pending don’t show up in the main list until they’re resolved or cleared, which could possibly explain what you’re seeing.
