We require our cardholders to sign a statement of their transactions, then it goes to our two approvers that sign so there is a paper trail that everyone acknowledges all transactions have been authorized and reviewed. We are creating our own. Is there a way to get it from Ramp?

Here are a few quick steps I recommend to manage this in Ramp:

Use the Transactions tab to view and export a statement of all card transactions.

Download the data in CSV format for easy sharing and printing.

Set up a Manager Review step in the Expense Policy settings for digital acknowledgment by approvers.
This way, you’ll have a digital paper trail with all necessary approvals. Plus, all transaction data and receipts are securely stored for audit-readiness.
