Cashback redemption (Department does not sync?)

Does anyone else have issues that when you do a cashback redemption and it sync’s to your accounting system it does not have a department? I have to manually go in and find the transaction in my accounting system and then edit the journal to add a department. It would be nice to have the option to put that somewhere in the Ramp website prior to the sync.

The cashback transaction doesn’t sync to our accounting system at all. We have to manually create an entry for the cashback. What accounting software do you use? How did you get it to sync? We use Sage Intacct.

We don’t currently support syncs for cashback with Sage Intaact, so they will have to be manually entered.

We will submit this feedback to our product team and provide an update if it’s a feature they’re able to add.
