We use SSO and I regularly have confused cardholders trying to sign in using their email and password in Ramp rather than the SSO option. I think they get confused with the verbiage. In one area, it says “sign in with Entra ID”. In another, I believe it says “sign in with SAML SSO”. It would be helpful if it were more clear. Maybe when you go to Ramp’s login page there could be two buttons one for SSO and one for credentials for those using credentials saved in Ramp. OR, if a user could enter their email and Ramp could automatically redirect to SSO or Ramp’s login based on the domain they use that would be even better.
