Changing order of bill pay approvers

Hi, a recent Ramp update prevents us from changing the order of who approves a bill before we send it out for approval. We used to be able to do this. It is a necessary feature because we often need to change the default order of approvers. Why did this feature go away and will it come back?

I just checked in with our Bill Pay team, and nothing has changed regarding reordering approvals before sending a bill out for approval — so you should still be able to see that option.

If it’s not showing up on your end, I recommend submitting a support ticket here or ringing them at 855-206-7283. They’ll be able to take a closer look at your account and check for a bug or glitch.
