Support Ticket - 789482
Has anyone experienced a check being stolen and cashed. We paid a vendor and their mailbox was vandalized. Our check, along with a few others were stolen from the mailbox. A couple of weeks after it happened, we found out that our check had been cashed. We have been trying to work with Ramp on resolving the issue, but are finding the process to be slow and poor communication. Because communication can go 5 or more day without any, Ramp will attempt to close the ticket and I will have to ask them not too. I cannot find a Human to communicate with outside of email and that isn’t proving to be much help either. Any suggestions are openly welcome.
