This is causing some confusion with reconciliation. Furthermore, under Expenses & Travel, could we please have a filter for clearing dates? It’s only available under Accounting
I just checked with our Product team, and this shouldn’t be happening. If you haven’t yet, I recommend that you contact our Support team. You can submit a Support Ticket using this link, or you can reach the team via phone at 855-206-SAVE (7283). They’ll be able to check out your account to see if there’s an issue/bug.
As for the clearing dates for the Expenses & Travel request, this is a great suggestion! I just submitted it to our team.
