Hi there, I’ve been seeing some chatter about cost per attendee policy functionality in Ramp, but can’t figure out how I would implement it. My company currently uses the free version of Ramp, but are considering upgrading, so I’m aware this may only be possible with plus.
For example - we have a $35 per person budget maximum for meals, and require that employees add attendees to shared meal so that the per person cost autocalculates. Is it possible to set up a policy in Ramp that would flag any expenses that calculate out to more than $35/pp?
We use Plus, but am not aware of this functionality. I also would like this functionality added. We haven’t turned on the AI Agent with our policy yet, and I’m wondering if the AI Agent would catch and flag this?
With the AI Agent, you can set your policy to limit meal spend to $50 per person per day, and the agent will automatically flag any transactions that exceed that amount. You can read more about the AI Agent here.
