I understand this may be technical… does the built Ramp ↔ Netsuite integration have a way to create a new vendor in Ramp and include multiple entities/subsidiaries to the vendor record?
Currently, we manually add additional subsidiaries to the vendor record in Netsuite after it gets created in Ramp, as the vendor record created from within Ramp only gets created with one assigned subsidiary.
Hey Parker! As of right now, we can’t assign specific entities from NetSuite to a vendor record in Ramp. The subsidiary info must be updated in NetSuite to ensure proper synchronization and functionality. So, when creating a vendor record in Ramp, it initially includes only one assigned subsidiary, and additional subsidiaries need to be manually added to the vendor record within NetSuite.
