Credit Card Expense Approvals Repopulating

We recently encountered a situation in which card activity that had previously been approved by the Ramp manager was repopulated in the manager’s inbox. Has this happened to anyone else? Was there a bug that was fixed that would have caused this?

It does sound you might’ve experienced a bug given the details shared. If you continue to experience transactions repopulating in a managers inbox, please reach out to our support team using the Help button in the bottom left of your Ramp Dashboard. They will be able to troubleshoot with you directly to resolve!
