Credit Card Limit Increase - Easier Access for Users

It would be ideal to have a button under Request Funds that says “Request Credit Card Limit Increase.” People are selecting Request Funds which is incorrect and it creates confusion and additional work on the back end. Please add a button to make requesting credit card limit increases easier people to request. Thanks!

I shared this feedback with our Product team, and they agree it makes a lot of sense. No specific timeline to share just yet, but I’ll keep you posted.

100% agree, I frequently have employees request new cards because it is so hard for them to figure out how to increase their card limit.

Additional ask would be to have more time frame length availability, maybe even a date box. I had one just this week say they need this extension until 6/30/25, no real way to accomplish this ask in current settings.

Great suggestion! We encounter this confusion too! A lot of confusion and work would be saved by implementing this easy solution to clarify a common process.

We two thumbs up this request! Additionally, to include the max transaction limit section to be moved under the Card amount instead of being “hidden” in the Spending Controls section. And, that the max transaction limit can be a temp increase limit also. We currently have to set reminders to go back to cards that had a max transaction limit edited, to manually set it back at the end of the card frequency period.

Gosh, more to piggy back on this - there are way too many settings that are available for users to view/request to change when editing their cards. Literally all they need are to request an increase to the funds and the max transaction limit - everything else is centrally managed by our AP team and shouldn’t ever be edited by the cardholder. Or, if we had the ability as Admin to determine what fields the cardholder sees or is able to edit would be very ideal.

Whole-heartedly agree. Our cardholders are confused and although we’ve communicated many times on how to request increases, the process is not intuitive. Thank you!
