I would like a way to give specific reporting permissions to a user. I can only share the exact copy of a report to another admin, otherwise the template only shows the information from that users team. Example - I want to share all gym claims in the UK with our payroll & benefits employee, but these expenses do not fall under her team. Would be great for her to see the live report on her dashboard, but the only option is to send an excel file via email.
Also for permissions, I want to give a specific employee access to create bills, but only for vendors they own. If I create a custom role, they are able to see all bills in the system. I had to give them the manager role and allow managers to create bills (which isn’t ideal either as I only want this specific employee to be able to create bills.)
Would be great to have a drill down beside the “create bills” permission that says “only their own” or “only team’s bills”
