Decline Notification for ALL cards AND adding Activity/Comments to DECLINES

We can opt in for notifications on declines from a Ramp card assigned to us personally, but our Ramp Admins would like to get notifications on declines from ALL Ramp Cards (company wide) as they occur so action can be taken.

Similarly, we would like to add ACTIVITY/COMMENT on declines so multiple Admins in Ramp know that someone else has handled the issue (if it needed action… increase credit amount, add merchant, cancel card for fraud, etc). We can add Activity/Comments on credit card transactions and would love this feature to be available in ALL other areas of Ramp (People, Declines, Spend Accounts, etc.)

Hi Sondra! Thank you for your input. I’d like to learn more about your first request. How many admins do you have, and how often do they encounter the issue of needing to see declines on all cards? Currently, Ramp only notifies admins about card declines for the cards assigned to them.

As for adding comments or activity on declines, currently, Ramp allows commenting on various spend objects like transactions, cards, card programs, card requests, and card merchants (read more here).

I’ll share your suggestion of adding comments specifically on declines with our Product team!
