We want to be able to disable the option to request from the options of “general expenses”, “virtual card”, “product or service”, and “physical card”. We ONLY want employees requesting from a spend program that is available. Is this something that we can do, and if not, can the ability to limit what employees can request from be put on the roadmap? Thanks!

Hey @Jessica_LeVan , this is Kevin from the Procurement engineering team. I’ve just disabled the “General expenses”, “Virtual card”, “Product or service”, and "Physical card” options for your employees! Note that as an admin you will still see these options. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much! Also have a question related to this. Our employees report that they do not see our procurement spend programs to request from on the mobile app. We see regular spend programs, but not those ones related to procurement. Is this something we can turn on, or is it coming on the roadmap? A lot of our employees use the mobile app and now must request from a procurement spend program. Thanks!
