I LOVE that we have the option to upgrade a user from a guest to a full user with the click of a button. However, it’s a bummer that there isn’t an option to downgrade a user if necessary. If someone transfers within the company, and no longer needs a credit card (and therefore no longer needs to use one of our licenses), but does need to be able to submit mileage reimbursements on occasion, the current options are 1. Keep letting them fill a user seat or 2. Terminate their entire account and reinvite them as a guest. Neither of those is great. Would LOVE to be able to just downgrade an account with the click of a button…

Thanks so much for your note! We are making some changes to guest role (both upgrading to and downgrading from employee) next year, and this feedback is incredibly helpful as we think about what customers need. I’m curious – is cost per seat the main reason you wouldn’t want these users to continue being guests?
