Downloadable Expense Summary with Receipts in PDF

It would be very helpful to have an expense report summary (in PDF format) that includes all related receipts in a single downloadable file.

This feature is especially useful for billable expenses, as we often need to submit a consolidated report (summary + receipts) to our clients for reimbursement.

For reference, Zoho Expense currently offers this functionality — you can download a complete expense report with all receipts attached in one PDF. Having a similar feature in Ramp would greatly streamline our workflow and save significant manual effort.

Agreed that this would be a great feature, and this is something we had through Concur as well. Because the .csv is editable, there’s no way to confirm that the downloaded output from Ramp is exactly what was imported into our accounting software. A PDF report summary would be the ideal supporting documentation to attach.
