Why isn’t there an option to be notified when a new bill pay draft is created? I believe this has been requested before, but I can’t find a feature suggestion for it. It ought to have been there day one.
Not only can end-users forward emails to create drafts, but I see now that vendors in the Ramp network can send them, too. This is all well and good, except that no one with AP permissions is notified when drafts need to be reviewed.
We don’t live in the product. We need an external notification when draft bills are created.
I can confirm this works! I received an email this morning with a link to go directly to the draft. I was able to immediately review and create the bill so it could be approved and the payment scheduled. This may seem small, but it is immensely helpful. (P.S., the Super Bowl ad was pretty awesome!)
