I have been using ramp but not syncing. (We were finishing implementing Netsuite when we started ramp. Now when I try there are thousands of transactions to sync. I do not want to bring those in. How do I do that?
Hi Marc! If I understand correctly, the most straightforward approach would be to mark the old transactions as “synced” in Ramp without actually pushing them to NetSuite:
Go to Accounting → Ramp Card
→ Mark all the historical transactions you want to remove as “ready” (but make sure to uncheck any recent transactions you DO want to sync)
→ Click the Sync button
→ Instead of syncing, click Download and then Mark Synced
This removes the transactions from your sync queue without sending them to NetSuite.
