It would be nice if there was an option to save a PDF version of a transaction’s approval/comment history, coding, and the receipt in an easy way to save as backup externally. Maybe even being able to save it by cardholder and month as a backup expense report for all of the cardholder’s charges in a given month.
I’ve tried print page/save as PDF and it only saves as much as is in the window that moment and cuts off everything else.

For now, how you can download a backup of your transactions, approvals, and receipts:
Export your data: Go to Expenses > Transactions and apply filters (by user, department, date, amount, etc.) as needed.
Download transactions: Click the downward arrow on the right and select “Download transactions.”
Download receipts: Through the same downward arrow, choose “Download receipts.” These will come as a ZIP file. You can filter by employee, date, etc, before downloading.
Organize by cardholder/month: Apply filters before downloading to keep things organized by cardholder and month.
If you need this in PDF format, you can use an online tool to convert the CSV and/or Zip files.
