Exported CSV instead of IIF file

Hi, we accidentally exported a CSV instead of an IIF file to import into Quickbooks desktop. Is there a way to go back into Ramp, find the included transactions, and export an IIF file?

Yes, please go to the Accounting tab to do so. You will see three dots on the upper right hand corner, near the Accounting settings. This is where your export history lives. Select export history and find the export you are referring to. By clicking ‘reset to unsynced’ within the danger zone, we can bring those transactions back into Ramp to re-export in the correct file type.
