Failed Sync to QBO

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a way to get notified if syncing a bill to QuickBooks Online fails? Yesterday, we realized that about 50/4,000 bills we have tried syncing to QBO over the last four months were stuck on Ramp in a “sync failed” sync status. We can filter by sync status on the Bill Pay tab but it would be nice if we were notified on the spot that a sync failed. If this capability does not exist, can I add it as a wish list item to the Ramp team :wink:

We have experienced the same issue. I agree a notification would be great but in the meantime since you can create a Saved View Report in Bill Pay, we created one called “Sync Failed” that is filtered to the status “Sync Failed”. We check it periodically just to catch any bills that may have failed to sync with QBO.
